Meet Nia:
Nia Page, M.A., is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from High Point University (2018) and completed a minor in Women’s and Gender Studies. She received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College in 2021.

Nia has gained a number of valuable clinical experiences working with grieving populations, domestic violence perpetrators and survivors, and survivors of sexual trauma. She has also worked with marginalized populations on issues concerning racial trauma, racial identity development, impacts of oppression, and individual identity development.

Nia is deeply passionate about joining clients in their own exploration and navigation of their lived experiences. She finds it to be her personal and professional responsibility to advocate for underrepresented groups, and adapts a culturally sensitive orientation in her work.
Nia takes an integrative approach to counseling, pulling from the Relational-Cultural, Psychodynamic, Humanistic, and Feminist approaches. She aims to empower clients to recognize their inner strengths, abilities, and self-worth in order to access spaces of healing, and engage in meaningful identity recognition.
