For cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, a $75 cancellation fee will apply. We understand that plans can change, but this fee helps cover administrative costs and ensures fair scheduling for our team. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Online therapy with The Therapy Room program offers a convenient and effective way to receive mental health support from the comfort of your own home. Here's how it works:

  1. Scheduling: You start by scheduling a session with a licensed therapist or counselor using the "request an appointment" link on our website. You can typically choose a time and date that fits your schedule.

  2. Secure Video Calls: At the scheduled time, you'll log into your portal via our website and join a secure video call with your therapist. This virtual face-to-face interaction allows for a real-time conversation, just like an in-person session.

  3. Document Sharing: You can securely share documents, worksheets, or other materials with your therapist through the platform, enhancing the therapeutic process.

  4. Payment and Privacy: Payment is typically handled online, and your privacy and confidentiality are protected through secure encryption and adherence to privacy regulations.

Online therapy makes mental health care accessible and flexible, ensuring you can receive the support you need, wherever you are.

We are in-network providers with Cigna, Magellan, Tricare, Aetna, AvMed, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Optum and United Health networks currently.

Otherwise, all costs are self-pay. Please note: if you have insurance, while we go to significant lengths to ensure our estimates are as accurate as possible, please be aware that everything is an estimate until the claim has been finalized. Our patients are responsible for knowing health benefits covered by their insurance plan.

All copays are due at the time of service and are collected through the credit card required on file at the time of intake.
