My Story
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 4 years of experience. I started my career in forensics psychotherapy working with women inmates in the county jail. Helping them find the hope and endurance to overcome their struggles and continue onto a meaningful life.
I have been working primarily now with children and parents ages 4-18. Helping children who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral problems, and any other issues our children face on a day to day. Our children are our future; with that I truly believe empowering them now will only lead to a more successful future for all of us.
I am married with three children. Together as a family we enjoy water sports, grilling and traveling!
Fulfilling my passion every day helping individuals seek brighter and happier lives makes me a better person as well. I always say life is what happens when you are planning something else. I am here for you; for whatever LIFE throws at you.
I am also certified in EMDR and CBT.
